The Great Lakes are an unrivaled wonder of the natural world. They contain 20% of the world’s surface freshwater, span 4,530 miles of coastline, and are home to the largest sand dunes in the world. They are truly Inland Seas.

As Michiganders, we often feel a slightly selfish bond to these lakes. We are the Great Lakes State. They surround us. They are ours. But we are happy to share them with the world. With this bond comes the stewardship and responsibility of protecting and preserving the lakes. And that, friends, is why we’re launching our “Keep Our Lakes Great” lineup. It’s our homage to these inland seas that have sustained us for generations. May they forever run deep, clean, and beautiful.
